We deliver within Lebanon. Timeframes or fees shown at checkout are estimates only; actual delivery can vary with location, carrier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Our standard payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD): please have the full order amount ready when your package arrives, as set out in our Terms.

If you need to change delivery details after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We may verify your phone number before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.
